Editing static institutional pages

Unlike directory pages (which update from Google Sheets), static institutional pages-such as About RC42, Statutes, or Board Member listings-are edited directly in Quarto source files (.qmd):

1. Edit the relevant .qmd file in the repository.
2. Commit the changes to the main branch.
3. The Publish to GitHub Pages workflow triggers automatically.
4. Quarto compiles the updated pages and deploys them online within 90 seconds.
